Oliver Wade is an Australian/English photographer currently based in London completing his final year at the Camberwell College of Arts. His work is a self-introspective exploration into his relationship with the landscape and experiences within his immediate surroundings – using written language in conjunction with his photography to create a diaristic narrative exploring themes of nationality, isolation and alexithymia. Stylistically his work harks back to mid twentieth century photography, creating a sense of timelessness and ambiguity.
